Appendix to Personal Import Order

This order constitutes the agreement between "Renby" and the customer.
The company undertakes to fulfill the terms outlined in this order.
This order is based on the data/dimensions provided by the customer.
Any change to the order details may result in an additional charge.
If for any reason the payment was not made in full at the time of finalizing the order, the customer confirms that the delivery of the products is conditional upon settling the balance, and the goods will be delivered only after the payment is completed.

Delivery
"Renby" commits that the delivery of the products, unless otherwise specified in the body of the order, will be between 2-6 weeks from the payment or order confirmation date (whichever is later) and subject to availability from the manufacturer.
Any changes to the order details may delay the original delivery date.
Any change and/or update not reported to "Renby" may postpone the delivery/installation of the product to a later date determined by "Renby" in accordance with its capabilities.
It is the responsibility of the customer and/or the work orderer to report and update "Renby" as soon as possible regarding any change made or to be made in the dimensions and/or details of the order after the customer has confirmed the order.
If repairs and/or the ordering of replacement parts from abroad are required, the delivery time will be delayed accordingly.
Storage of products for more than two months from the date the customer is notified that their order is ready for installation/delivery will incur storage fees of 10% per month of the order value, except in exceptional cases beyond the customer's control and/or force majeure, where "Renby" reserves the right to be flexible.

Warranty Validity and Scope
The warranty is valid for 12 months (one year). The warranty covers the quality of the product and its installation, provided that the installation was carried out by "Renby." This is valid provided that the products are used in suitable environmental conditions and with reasonable usage.
"Renby" will void the warranty in cases where the transportation and/or installation was not carried out by "Renby," or where repairs and/or treatment were performed by another party during the warranty period.

The warranty does not cover: natural wear and tear, weather damage, external damage to the products and/or laundry cleaning not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

Order Cancellation
The customer confirms that they are aware that the products are unique and specially ordered for them. Therefore, delays in product delivery due to land, sea, and/or air transport, delays with foreign suppliers and/or customs clearance, and/or strikes, force majeure, or any other reason beyond "Renby's" control, will not be grounds for canceling the order and/or for legal claims for damages and/or any other claim of any kind.
The customer confirms that the products are uniquely and exclusively ordered specifically for them according to their request. Therefore, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, which deal with the customer's right to cancel the transaction, will not apply.
The customer confirms that since the products are uniquely and exclusively ordered for them, the regulations for a refund will not apply.

General
The prices listed in this order include VAT.
The exclusive and sole jurisdiction for any matters related to this order shall be the competent court in the Tel Aviv District.
