Introduction

Welcome to the website shop.renby.co.il (hereinafter: "the Site"), operated by Renby Investments Ltd. (ID: 510912595), located at 85 Israel State, Herzliya (hereinafter: "the Site Management" and/or "the Company" and/or "Renby").

By using the Site, you agree to this Terms and Conditions document (hereinafter: "the Terms"), including all the conditions and limitations contained therein.

The Terms may be updated from time to time, and users must check the Terms each time they access the Site. Browsing and/or using the Site in any form constitutes agreement to the Terms and an obligation to comply with them. It is clarified that the Terms form a binding legal agreement between the user and the Site Management.

  1. The terms in this document are written in the masculine form for convenience only, and the Terms apply equally to both genders.

  2. The services provided through the Site are subject to the conditions outlined in these Terms.

  3. Purchasing and/or ordering products on the Site constitutes a declaration by the customer that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. The Terms form a binding contract between the user and the Site Management.

General

  1. These Terms do not derogate from the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: "the Law") and regulations made under it, insofar as they apply to the Site, except where it is possible to waive such provisions and such a waiver has been made explicitly or implicitly on the Site.

  2. The Company and Site Management do their best to present the most complete and comprehensive information regarding the product, including images. However, inaccuracies, mistakes, and/or omissions may appear on the Site in good faith and without any intent to deceive. The Company, Site Management, and the Site will not be responsible for any damages resulting from these inaccuracies and/or errors. The section titles are for convenience and navigation only and will not be used in interpreting the Terms.

  3. A mistake in the description of a product does not bind the Company. Product images on the Site are for illustrative purposes only.

  4. Additionally, there may be differences in appearance, color, size, etc., between the product as displayed on the Site and the product in reality. Copying, using, or allowing others to use any content from the Site in any way, including on other websites, electronic publications, print publications, etc., for any purpose, is prohibited.

Confidentiality and Privacy

  1. The personal details of the customer (name, email, etc.) will be stored in the Company's databases. The Company will not transfer the customer’s personal information to any third party except for suppliers and/or courier companies, if necessary, for the completion of a transaction.

  2. Consent to receive advertisements – by submitting user details, including registering on the Site and/or providing an email address and/or making an order, the user agrees to receive communications from the site operator and/or affiliated parties regarding activities related to the site and offers related to the purchase of products or services.

  3. The customer agrees that, when using the site, data may be collected by platforms like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Meta pixels, etc.

  4. This information may also be used for market research purposes. If you wish to remove your personal details from the distribution list at any time, please contact a company representative using the contact details at the end of these Terms.

  5. The company takes standard precautions to protect the confidentiality of the information. However, the Company is not liable for any damages arising from the loss or unauthorized use of such information due to external factors or force majeure.

  6. The site owner will not disclose user information to any third party unless ordered to do so by a court.

  7. The site owner will not store, transfer, or use credit card details for any purpose other than processing the payment for the purchase.

  8. In cases outside the Company’s control or caused by force majeure, the Company will not be liable for any damage resulting from the loss or unauthorized use of personal information.

Copyright

  1. All intellectual property rights on this site, including copyrights, distribution rights, trade secrets, trademarks, and other intellectual property, are the exclusive property of the Site Management.

  2. No content from the Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or used in any other manner without prior written consent from the Site Management.

  3. Users do not have permission to use the intellectual property on the Site unless they receive written consent from the Site owner.

  4. The name of the Site and its content may not be used in any manner that could deceive, harm the reputation, or result in damage to the owners of the Site or any third party.

  5. Additionally, the site may display ads from companies or businesses not owned or operated by the Site. The Site owner is not responsible for the content of these advertisements.

Services

  1. The Site allows for the online purchase of products.

  2. Products can be purchased directly through the Site, depending on availability and geographical location.

  3. Payment for products can be made via credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay, subject to the approval of the Site management.

  4. The prices displayed on the Site include VAT in accordance with the law.

  5. The Site management reserves the right to cease the services provided by the Site at any time.

  6. Use of the Site is limited to citizens aged 18 and over. Orders can be placed by individuals with an active bank account and/or valid Israeli credit card and a valid email address.

Cancellation of Transactions

  1. The customer has the right to cancel a transaction in writing according to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, including the relevant regulations.

  2. The customer can cancel the transaction and receive a refund starting from the date of the transaction until 14 days from the receipt of the order or the receipt of the transaction details, whichever is later.

  3. In accordance with the Law, the customer may cancel the transaction by email: Online-sale@renby.co.il with written notice of cancellation, including their name, identity number, and phone number.

  4. Cancellation of a transaction is not possible for certain items, as specified under the Consumer Protection Law.

  5. However, persons with disabilities, senior citizens, or new immigrants may cancel a transaction within four months from the date of the transaction, receipt of the product, or receipt of the transaction details.

  6. In the case of cancellation due to non-conformity (e.g., defects), the Company will refund the relevant portion of the payment within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.

  7. Refunds will only be made to the credit card used for the original transaction and according to the credit card company’s schedule.

  8. Cancellations before the shipment of products will not incur a cancellation fee, while cancellations after shipment will incur a fee of 5% or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.

  9. The customer has no right to cancel the transaction if the product has been damaged, used, opened, or altered in any way.

  10. The cancellation rights do not apply to certain products specified by law, such as custom-ordered items or goods with short shelf lives.

  11. No refunds will be given for items that were not paid for, such as gifts.

  12. The Company is not responsible for improper use of products by the customer, including misuse of washing instructions.

  13. The customer must inspect the product immediately upon receipt and report any defects or discrepancies to the Company.

  14. In the case of cancellation due to product defects or discrepancies, the Company will refund the customer for the product cost and will not charge cancellation fees.

  15. Products purchased in a "special sale" (e.g., buy 1 get 1 free) must be returned under the same conditions, and a refund will be issued based on the discount applied.

  16. Custom imports are not subject to the cancellation policy mentioned above, and the customer must sign an appendix confirming the order.

  17. The customer is responsible for checking the condition of the product upon receipt. Signing for the product without inspection waives the right to return it for defects found later.

Shipping Policy

  1. Most products are ready for shipment within 7 business days.

  2. Delivery options include: in-store pickup or home delivery.

  3. Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.

Cancellation by the Company

  1. The Company has the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any transaction or sale, or cancel an order, in whole or in part, at any time.

  2. A notification of cancellation will be sent to the user or customer, and no charge will be made to the customer’s credit card.

  3. Apart from the refund, the user or customer has no claims against the Company for cancellation.

  4. If a product is out of stock, the Site may cancel the order or offer an equivalent replacement.

  5. Promotions may have specific conditions, including time-limited offers or while stocks last.

  6. The Site reserves the right to change, stop, or announce promotions according to its discretion.

  7. In case of a "pricing error," the Site reserves the right to notify the customer that the product will not be supplied at the original price.

Purchasing Products

  1. Products can be purchased by adding them to the shopping cart, and completing the order form with the customer’s details, including name, phone number, email address, and delivery information.

  2. It is essential to provide accurate and correct information to avoid shipping errors.

  3. The customer will confirm the order details before completing the purchase.

  4. The details provided during the order process will be conclusive evidence of the correctness of the actions taken.

  5.  The site management reserves the right to stop the use of any payment method on the site, allow the use of additional payment methods, and apply different payment arrangements for different types of credit cards or payment methods that the site management will honor.

  6. 59. After the payment details are entered in the online order form, the customer will receive an acknowledgment via email confirming the order details.

    60. It is clarified that this confirmation does not obligate the site management to provide the ordered products and only indicates that the order details have been received by the site management. After the order is placed, and within one business day, the site management will check the payment method used by the customer, and a suitable notice will be sent to the customer confirming that the order has been approved and their account will be charged for the service cost.

    61. In case the transaction was not approved by the credit company or any other payment method available at that time, the customer will receive an appropriate notice, and the site management will contact the customer to complete or cancel the transaction. The purchase approval is conditional on the product being in stock at the requested delivery date and/or the order date.

    62. If it is not stated that the product is out of stock and the product has not been removed from the site before the order is placed, the site management is not obligated to fulfill the order, provided that the site management will refund any amount paid by the customer and/or cancel the charge if it was made for the purchase action.

    63. It is clarified that there may be situations where, despite the product being shown as available on the site, it is actually out of stock and cannot be delivered. In such cases, the transaction will be canceled, and the customer will have no claim in this regard, subject to the refund of the amount paid by the customer.

    64. The delivery date will be determined starting from the day the transaction is approved by the credit card company or another available electronic wallet service. If the customer is mistakenly charged by the credit company, the customer should notify the site management to arrange a credit accordingly.

    65. Credit validity: 24 months.


    Product Delivery

    66. The site commits to delivering the goods within the delivery time frame to the requested destination and will do its best to ensure that the product arrives quickly.

    67. Business days apply if the product is in stock on the company's website. If the product is not in stock and the order is for personal import, the company commits to delivering the product within 30-90 business days or a later date as specified in the product details, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, and Sabbatical days, starting from the date the transaction is approved by the credit card company.

    68. It is clarified that there may be delays in product delivery during holidays and intermediate days.

    69. It is clarified that the product delivery time will start from the order confirmation by the company, and the payment will be charged for the product purchase.

    70. Deliveries made by the shipping company authorized by the site management will follow the shipping company's conditions, delivery areas, and pre-arranged coordination with the recipient of the order.

    71. If the shipping company cannot deliver to the specified address for any reason, the site management will notify the customer and will seek an alternative solution that satisfies both parties. Deliveries are made by a courier company, and the terms of the courier company will apply to the customer.

    72. Delivery fees: In addition to the price of the products ordered, the customer will be charged a delivery fee. The shipping cost will appear at the end of the order process according to the delivery method chosen by the customer unless otherwise specified.

    73. The site will not be responsible for any delay and/or failure to deliver the products caused by any of the following reasons:

    73.1. Force majeure, including but not limited to war, military operations, emergency operations, natural disasters, and events beyond the site’s control, such as strikes, general work stoppages, and/or suppliers of services or goods required for manufacturing, delivery, or transportation of the product.

    73.2. Any reason beyond the control of the site and/or the company and/or related to the delivery operation.

    74. Delivery times for the products include only business days (Sundays to Thursdays, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays).

    75. The customer must notify the site immediately if the product was not delivered within the delivery period specified on the site. In such a case, the new delivery time will be calculated from the date of scheduling a new delivery.

    76. The customer must ensure they provide accurate and up-to-date details. If the products are returned to the company due to incorrect details, the customer will bear the cost of delivery and handling.

    77. Shipping price list:

    • Center | Free delivery for purchases over 650 ₪ - Cost: 49 ₪
    • South / North | Free delivery for purchases over 650 ₪ - Cost: 79 ₪

    Shipping cost for furniture:

    • 299 ₪ for all parts of the country.

    Delivery times on the site do not include the day of the order, Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays.

    Shipping relates only to online purchases, not to branches.

    This price list and the prices listed may change from time to time at the sole discretion of the company.


    Warranty

    78. The company (and/or its representatives) is not directly and/or indirectly responsible for any damage resulting from or related to any repairs, assembly, and/or replacement of products.

    79. The company (and/or its representatives) is not directly or indirectly responsible for any damage resulting from using and/or relying on information published on external websites accessible through any services on the site.

    80. It is clarified that the company strives to cooperate only with reliable and reputable suppliers.

    81. The company (and/or its representatives) is not directly and/or indirectly responsible for any damage resulting from or related to the use and/or performance of the website.

    82. In any case, the company will not be responsible for any activity of any third party beyond its full control.


    Law and Jurisdiction

    83. The interpretation and enforcement of these terms and/or any action or dispute arising from them will be governed by Israeli law only, and the exclusive jurisdiction will lie with the court in Tel Aviv-Yafo.

    Annex for Personal Import Orders

    1. This order constitutes an agreement between "Renby" and the customer.

    2. The company undertakes to fulfill the order as specified.


    Supply

    3. "Renby" commits to delivering the products within approximately 6 weeks from the order confirmation, subject to availability from the manufacturer.

    4. Any change in the order details may delay the original delivery date.

    5. Storing products for more than two months after notifying the customer that the order is ready for delivery will result in a storage fee of 10% per month of the order value, except in exceptional cases beyond the customer's control and/or force majeure, in which case "Renby" reserves the right to be flexible.


    Order Cancellation

    6. The customer acknowledges that the products are unique and specially ordered for them. Therefore, delays in product delivery due to land, sea, or air transport, delays from foreign suppliers, customs release, strikes, force majeure, or any other reason not controlled by "Renby" will not be grounds for canceling the order and/or filing a lawsuit for damages and/or any other claim.

    7. The customer acknowledges that the products are specially and exclusively ordered for them, according to their request. Therefore, the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, which covers the right of the customer to cancel the transaction, does not apply.

    8. The customer acknowledges that since the products are ordered specifically for them, refund regulations do not apply.


    General

    9. The prices listed in this order include VAT.

    10. The exclusive and sole jurisdiction for any matter related to this order will be the authorized court in the Tel Aviv jurisdiction.
