Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Gift Card Terms and Conditions of RENBY!

These terms outline the conditions and restrictions for using our gift card. Please read these terms carefully before using the gift card. Using the gift card constitutes acceptance of all the terms outlined below.

1. What is a Gift Card? The gift card is a digital card that can be purchased through the website shop.renby.co.il and can only be used to purchase products and services online, on the website, and not in any physical stores of RENBY.

2. Card Expiry

   • The gift card is valid for 24 months (two years) from the date of purchase.
   • After the expiration date, the card will no longer be valid for purchases, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

3. Using the Card

   • The gift card can be used to purchase products and services on shop.renby.co.il only.
   • The card cannot be used in RENBY’s physical stores.
   • The card cannot be redeemed for cash or used as cash.
   • Multiple purchases can be made until the balance of the card is fully used.
   • The balance of the card cannot be transferred to another account or split across multiple purchases beyond the current value of the card.

4. Card Balance

   • You can check the balance of your gift card through [the website/account link].
   • The balance of the card does not expire or get deleted, it remains active until fully used or until the expiration date.

5. Returns and Refunds

   • The gift card cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund.
   • If the card is faulty, you can contact our customer service for a replacement.

6. Loss, Theft, or Damage

   • If your gift card is lost, stolen, or damaged, you should contact RENBY customer service immediately. We cannot provide a refund or replacement for a lost or stolen card unless there is proof of theft or damage.
   • RENBY is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by using the card in the possession of someone else.

7. Restrictions

   • The gift card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
   • The gift card cannot be sold or transferred to another person.
   • The card cannot be reloaded with additional funds after the purchase.

8. Changes to the Terms

   • RENBY reserves the right to change the terms of use of the gift card at any time, at its discretion. Any changes to the terms will be published on the RENBY website and will take effect immediately upon publication.

9. Governing Law

   • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes related to the use of the card will be resolved in the competent court.

10. Agreement to the Terms Using the gift card constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
