Welcome to the Gift Card Terms & Conditions of Renby Investments Ltd..

Use of the Gift Card constitutes acceptance of the terms detailed below.

What is a Gift Card?

The Gift Card is a digital card that can be purchased and redeemed at Renby for products and services, subject to the available balance on the card.

Card Validity

The Gift Card is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
After the expiration date, the card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

Using the Gift Card

• The Gift Card may be used until the full balance has been redeemed.
• The card cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Multiple purchases may be made according to the remaining balance.
• The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.

Balance Inquiry

The remaining balance can be checked through customer service.

Returns & Refunds

Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded in cash. In cases where a refund is required by applicable law, the refund will be issued as store credit only.

Loss or Theft

Renby is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards.

Changes to the Terms

Renby reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.
